Procedure for opening an account for doing business in the Russian securities market

To start doing business in the Russian securities market, you need to perform the following steps:

1. Enter your back-office, click My stock exchange > Direct stock exchange terminal QUIK> Activate

2. Review Regulations on Providing Services in the Securities Market (see Russian version) and appendices.

3. Complete the account application form.

4. Wait for an e-mail confirmation that you account is active.

5. Transfer funds into the active account.

6. Download the QUIK application.

7. Create application access keys. Once your keys have been activated, you can start doing business in the securities market.
